The high-performance spray painted sandwich panel (HPGI) is specially designed for cleanroom wall and ceiling systems, particularly for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare facilities. The panel is manufactured using a high-quality steel substrate with an advanced spray painting process, ensuring superior surface performance compared to conventional pre-painted steel panels.
The coating thickness of HPGI can exceed 60 μm, which is significantly higher than that of standard PPGI panels, providing enhanced durability, corrosion resistance, and surface integrity. Thanks to the thick and uniform coating layer, the panel demonstrates excellent resistance to chemical disinfectants and sterilization agents. Its VHP (Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide) resistance can reach up to 25 days, making it highly suitable for GMP-grade cleanroom environments requiring frequent sterilization.
